The well-equipped, modernized room provided a comfortable stay, complemented by a plentiful breakfast. However, the sauna's inconsistent heating and the delay in receiving extra towels were noticeable drawbacks.

Fantastic location near the beach, but the kids’ club staffing was frustratingly inadequate at times.

Great location right across from the beach.
During my stay, I encountered several issues that left me disappointed. The shower pressure was subpar, making it frustrating to shower, and the cleanliness of the bathroom wasn't up to standard. Additionally, the WiFi connectivity was extremely unreliable and hindered my ability to get work done during my trip.

Perfect beach getaway
Had an awesome time here! The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beach and tons of great places to eat. The staff were super friendly, and the buffet breakfast was a highlight – definitely the best I’ve had in Brazil! One downside was the pool area got a bit crowded at times.

Castelo Itaipava impressed me with its fantastic breakfast selection. Fresh fruit juices and a variety of omelettes kept my mornings bright. The nearby shopping mall made it easy to grab necessities and the beach was a quick stroll away. I enjoyed the beautiful rooftop pool. the views were stunning. However, our room felt a bit outdated. Mirrors had visible stains, and the air conditioning struggled to keep up with the heat. The elevator situation frustrated me. only two small ones meant long waits at busy times, especially during checkout. While the location was perfect, the noise level outside was a bit high at times, affecting our relaxation. Overall, I appreciated the helpful staff, but the room could use some refreshing. It's a lovely spot with potential.

This place fits me perfectly with its beach access, heated swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff were incredibly kind during my first stay, helping with my elderly parents. Marcio was a great waiter during my last visit. I’m looking forward to my next city trip here!

great location but some room issues
The hotel is conveniently located just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun. I appreciated the close access to a shopping mall for any essentials I needed. The rooftop pool provided a fantastic view and a great place to relax after a day out, especially watching the sunset over the sea.
The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with some areas not thoroughly cleaned.

The location right across from the beach is unbeatable, and having a shopping center adjacent made our stay even more convenient. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and my kids loved the fun spaces provided for them, including the rooftop pool with stunning views.
I was surprised that the hotel staff required birth certificates for my kids, which we didn't have on hand.
